بر اساس گزارش رسمی بورس کالای ایران، قیمت پایه شمش فولادی در هفته جاری نسبت به هفته گذشته ۶۶۵ تومان به ازای هر کیلوگرم (معادل ۲ درصد) کاهش یافت و به ۳۲٬۲۰۰ تومان به ازای هر کیلوگرم (بدون احتساب مالیات بر ارزش افزوده) رسید. این کاهش در حالی رخ داد که حجم معاملات شمش حدود ۱۵۲ هزار تن بود و معادل ۱۰۰ درصد حجم عرضههای صورتگرفته در بورس کالا به ثبت رسید.
جزئیات نرخها در بورس کالا (آذر ۱۴۰۴)
- بالاترین قیمت: ۳۴٬۵۷۱ تومان/کیلو – شرکت فولاد خوزستان
- متوسط قیمت: ۳۲٬۲۰۰ تومان/کیلو
- حجم معاملات: ۱۵۲ هزار تن (۷ هزار تن کمتر از هفته قبل)
این روند کاهشی عمدتاً به دلیل افزایش عرضه پس از رفع محدودیتهای برقی تابستان و کاهش تقاضای فصلی در بازار داخلی است. با این حال، حجم معاملات ۱۰۰ درصدی نشاندهنده تعادل خوب بین عرضه و تقاضا است.
تأثیر بر بازار شمش قم
در بازار محلی قم، قیمت شمش ۳SP و ۵SP نیز همگام با بورس کالا کاهش یافت. فولادسازان جم قم، به عنوان یکی از تولیدکنندگان خصوصی برتر، نرخهای درب کارخانه را به شرح زیر اعلام کرد:
- شمش ۳SP (ابعاد ۱۲۵×۱۲۵): ۲۳٬۲۰۰٬۰۰۰ تومان/تن
- شمش ۵SP (ابعاد ۱۳۰×۱۳۰): ۲۳٬۰۰۰٬۰۰۰ تومان/تن
مهندس مهرتاش حنیفی، مدیرعامل شرکت اظهار داشت:
«با وجود کاهش ۲ درصدی قیمت پایه، کیفیت شمش تولیدی ما (با آنالیز استاندارد St37 و St52) و تحویل فوری (۲۴–۴۸ ساعته) همچنان مزیت رقابتی ماست. مشتریان ثابت ما میتوانند از قراردادهای بلندمدت با قیمت ثابت تا پایان سال بهره ببرند.»
پیشبینی کوتاهمدت
کارشناسان پیشبینی میکنند با تداوم عرضه بالا در آذر ماه، قیمت شمش تا ۱–۲ درصد دیگر کاهش یابد، اما نوسانات ارزی ممکن است این روند را معکوس کند. نوردکاران توصیه میشود موجودی انبار خود را در این هفته تکمیل کنند.

- شمش ۵SP: بیش از ۱٬۵۰۰ تن

کاهش ۲ درصدی قیمت پایه در بورس کالا دقیقاً همون چیزی بود که نوردکارها منتظرش بودند.
ما هفته پیش از فولادسازان جم قم ۳۰۰ تن شمش ۱۵۰×۱۵۰ با قیمت ثابت آبان خرید کردیم و واقعاً بهترین تصمیم بود؛ چون الان همون کالا در بازار آزاد حداقل ۴۵۰–۵۰۰ هزار تومان ارزونتر شده.
ضایعات نورد ما با شمش شما همیشه زیر ۱.۷٪ بوده و آنالیز هم همیشه ثابت و دقیق.
امیدوارم این ثبات قیمت تا پایان سال ادامه داشته باشه تا بتونیم موجودی زمستون رو با خیال راحت تکمیل کنیم.
